The Training Gateway allows access to all of the UK’s Higher Education Institutions. It does not offer advice and guidance on the tendering process. The tenders that you recieve may not be passed onto third parties.

The website is established in the UK in accordance with the laws of the UK and shall be governed by the laws of that country. When you use the site, you accept that your use of the site and any information on the site, shall also be governed by the laws of the UK and if any dispute arises from your use of the site or any of the information on it, you agree to allow such dispute to be heard in the UK courts.
Alterations
The Training Gateway reserves the right to make changes to the information, design and services provided on The Training Gateway website without notice and without liability.
The Training Gateway reserves the right to add, amend or vary the terms of this agreement by publishing notice of such changes on its website (in the News section) and the continued use of the service will signify your acceptance of the changes.

In the event that you transmit or otherwise transfer material to the The Training Gateway website, the organisation and its associated parties have no responsibility for the accuracy, veracity and completeness of same and for any errors in the manner of its input.
Tender documentation on this site may not be amended, altered or modified in any way exept by the tender owner. Tender documentation on this site may not be reproduced without the consent of The Training Gateway and the owner/provider of the documentation concerned.
The site will record all persons or legal entities downloading tender information. Any person or legal entity accessing or using the site is deemed to consent to such recording.
We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies) or when contacting you in relation to inappropriate content. We will only use your information within The Training Gateway.
Inappropriate content
If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to www.thetraininggateway.com, or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on thetraininggateway.com, The Training Gateway may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.
