Effective Delivery of CPD in the workplace 25th September 2008
Effective Delivery of CPD in the Workplace
Royal College of Surgeons, London
25th September 2008
This event examined what is required to effectively deliver CPD in the workplace. Real-life examples were taken from The Higher Level Skills Pathfinder Project (HLSPP) – Staff Development Project, a partner for this event, which aims to develop and disseminate appropriate staff development/CPD materials to support HE staff tasked with delivering higher level skills to industry. All delegates attending this event and expressing an interest in this project were offered early access to a practitioner ‘Toolkit’, which is currently under development and available later in the year.
The event also included insight from The Working Manager, a private company which provides web-enabled, practical management education for ‘the working manager’ in both the corporate and academic worlds.
