Effective Delivery of CPD in the Workplace

This event examines what is required to effectively deliver CPD in the workplace. Real-life examples have been taken from The Higher Level Skills Pathfinder Project (HLSPP) – Staff Development Project, our partner for this event, which aims to develop and disseminate appropriate staff development/CPD materials to support HE staff tasked with delivering higher level skills to industry. All delegates attending this event and expressing an interest in this project will be offered early access to a practitioner ‘Toolkit’, which currently under development and available later in the year.
The event will also include insight from The Working Manager, a private company which provides web-enabled, practical management education for ‘the working manager’ in both the corporate and academic worlds.
