Heard about Twitter but don't have a clue what it can be used for? Or maybe you have gone on and sent a few 'tweets' but don't know how to make it work for your organisation?

The Twitter Made Simple workshop shows you how to use Twitter to best increase sales and promote your organisation’s brand.

Course Overview
This inspirational one day training course will demonstrate how to maximise your business potential with Twitter. It will provide you with a clear, practical strategy and advice around using Twitter as a highly-effective business communication tool.

This course will cover:
• An Introduction to Twitter – what it is and how it can be used for your organisation
• Profile - How to set up your profile
• Twitter Terms – e.g. hash tags and how to set up your bio
• Hootsuite – what it is and how to manage it and other social media
• Setting a plan / strategy for content and networking
• Interacting with other twitter users – who and how to follow, what to say and managing the noise
• The Do’s and Don’ts of Twitter – Twitter etiquette
• Practical hands-on Question and Answer session

Cost - The cost of this event for an individual is £195 + VAT. Please note there are a maximum of 12 places available for this course.

Timings - The training begins at 09.30 (registration from 09.00) and finishes by 16.00. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.  

Special Requirements - Please ensure you are already signed up to Twitter prior to the workshop in order to get the most out of the training.

Trainer Biography - Michelle Beckett
Seen as one of the UK’s leading experts on LinkedIn, Michelle was one of the first million members back in 2004, and her network reach currently extends to over 16 million individuals. LinkedIn was her primary method of sourcing new business, marketing and finding candidates for her successful headhunting company, and for 12 years she carried out searches for many of the world’s major brands. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Lancaster, and has trained and consulted extensively on LinkedIn and Twitter across the UK.
