Accreditation of Airmen Recruit Training for RAF - Aylesbury Deadline: 31 Dec 2008 The RAF are seeking a recognised awarding body to undertake the professional accreditation of Airmen Recruit Training for the period 1.6.2009 until 31.8.2011. The RAF is seeking qualifications in the areas of leadership and/or management. Each course must gain its own award without the introduction of additional work either during the course or after completion of the military training.
Training for Central Government Departments - UK Deadline: 8 Dec 2008 Government Skills, the UK Sector Skills Council for Central Government is currently working with all central government departments to identify the skills needs across central government and also identify the current offering for central government departments. This will help them develop a skills framework for all central government staff. In order to ensure a comprehensive coverage they would to know what programmes UK Universities are currently delivering into central government departments and what courses and programmes they could offer. This can be anything from short courses to UG or PG degrees specifically aimed at or developed for central government staff.

Educational Materials Development Trainers Needed- Malaysia Deadline: 6 Nov 2008 British Council East Asia invites applications for two positions as lead trainers for a Hornby School on 9 to 16 December 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the theme of 'Materials development and assessment: Enhancing skills for writers'. The preferred lead trainers will be UK experts with a strong background in the field of materials and assessment creation.
