Call for institutional innovation projects in lifelong learning and workforce development. Projects developing and implementing the use of appropriate technologies and processes to enable HE-level learning services that meet the needs of learners in the workplace, and of their employers.
Project duration: March/April 2009 for 18 months. One bid per institution will be accepted. 15 projects are sought
