The Training Gateway is currently providing a reduced service and we are unable to provide our usual weekly email of training opportunities at this time.

We will continue to alert members to unique opportunities as we receive them from our clients, on an ad hoc basis.

Payment

On receipt of your booking or at the point we confirm the course is going ahead (whichever is later) an invoice will be raised for the total amount by the University of York finance department and is subject to the terms set out on the invoice.  Please ensure any purchase orders are raised for the University of York.

Online and Face to Face Events - (The Coronavirus Situation and Booking Travel)

Online & Face to Face events: Please note that our courses do require a minimum number of delegates in order for them to go ahead. We will confirm 2-3 weeks prior to the course date whether we are able to proceed and will send you full joining instructions at this point.

Face to Face events:  Due to the current Coronavirus situation the Training Gateway may need to reschedule events to later in the year.  Although we will refund booking fees to our events we are unable to refund any travel or other expenses.   Therefore any travel booked is at the delegates own risk and the Training Gateway will not be liable for any costs incurred in booking or cancelling travel or accommodation.

Prices

The prices quoted on this site are correct at the date of publication and for 90 days thereafter.

Cancellations:

Changing Delegate

We are happy to accept an alternative delegate at any time up to the course date as long as we are informed in writing.  Your email should include the new delegate's name, job title and email address so we can send them the joining instructions.

Transferring Courses

If a delegate wishes to transfer to an alternative course this may be done free of charge up to 6 weeks before the course date.

If a delegate wishes to transfer up to 3 weeks before training commences they must pay for the alternative training. Delegates will receive a 50% refund from the previous booking.
Any transfers made less than 3 weeks prior to training are subject to no refund and full payment of the alternative training.
