The authority are looking for an Education Consultant with a high-level expertise in the field of educational reform, with particular reference to LOLT and EME (English Medium Education) in HE. The Consultant will work to support the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia in developing EME Strategy document to include: defined vision for EME in HE and recommendations for relevant reforms of the HE education systems to support the development of effective EME practices

The Consultancy will be carried out online during December 2020 - February 2021
