A London Hospital requires workplace mediation training for current and future clinical and non-clinical leaders to ensure they are prepared and equipped to deal with the ever-increasing complexities and pressures of today’s NHS.

They seek the delivery of the following:

5/6-day Accreditation in Workplace Mediation for twelve (12) staff (all staff).
1-day facilitated conversations course for twelve (12) staff (Medical Consultants).
On-going support for the continuation of the mediation scheme.
