Rescue Service requires a Leadership Development Programme to develop existing and new managers at all levels.

The delivery of the programme will need to work with and through the context and culture of the Emergency Services sector.

Delivery in Essex commencing September 2019. Requirement as follows:

Strategic Level - 12 people - 1 cohort
Middle Manager Level - 24 people - 6 cohorts
Supervisory Level - 48 people - 6 cohorts
Any employee - 60 people - 5 cohorts
