Organisation seeks an Executive Officer Development Programme covering the following themes:

Unlocking Drive and Performance
Effective Communication
Fostering and Sustaining a Culture of Innovation
Design Thinking

It will be a comprehensive 6 - 9 months training programme delivered to 220 staff in Ireland. Run over four days with seven cohorts of approximately 32 staff in each for days 1 to 3, and three cohorts of approximately 70 – 73 each for day 4.
