Train the Trainer Courses - London, Bristol and Newcastle

Supplier required to provide train the trainer training to equip trainers with the required skills and tools to deliver training to seasonal programme staff to enable them to provide more robust programmes to young people. 

Delivery of three, three day trainer training events in London, Bristol and Newcastle to sixty trainers at each event. One event will take place in December 2019 and two in January 2020. 

In addition, they require the development and delivery of six training toolkits in the following subjects: 

• managing challenging behaviour
• guided reflection
• ethos
• engaging young people
• social action planning
• planning & facilitating group activities.
• safeguarding
