Healthcare provider is looking to appoint a partner (or partners) who can demonstrate expertise in collaborative working in at least one of the following three Lots:
Lot 1: Patient Centred Quality Improvement - Tools and Techniques
Provider would like to train staff in the quality improvement tools and techniques which build on this focus of patient and family centred and enables them to make quality improvement in their local areas.
Training for 784 staff within 2 years.
Lot 2: Human Factors in Healthcare and Communicating Safely
Provider would like to train staff to understand the complexities of how healthcare workers interact and communicate, and adopt a systematic method of improving our performance in these areas.
Training for 784 staff within 2 years.
Lot 3: Changing culture with a systematic organisation-wide management improvement system
In addition to the training requirements outlined above, provider would like to partner with an organisation(s) who will work alongside them to deliver their Inspiring Quality Plan.
The intention is for the contract to commence on 2nd December 2019.
