Strategic Leadership Programme - West Midlands

Government Department seek provider for the delivery of a Senior Leaders Programme to identify those leaders who have the potential, aspiration and capacity to progress from their current role to a more senior position.  There are 3 Lots as follows: 

• Lot 1: Leading Me - 1 week delivered 25th to 29th November. 
• Lot 2: Leading Others - Two week delivered 6th January to 17th January 2020.
• Lot 3: Leading HMPPS - Two weeks delivered 23rd March to 3rd April 2020.

Numbers are expected to be 19 per annum. Delivery in the West Midlands. 

This opportunity is initially for 1 cohort on a pilot basis which may then be for the full programme from 2020, which will be accredited to a level 7 qualification.
