Council would like to contract providers to design and deliver innovative adult short introductory learning courses/opportunities that engage people from deprived communities for the academic year 2019 – 2020.
Programmes will be between 6 and 44 guided learning hours, focused on adults aged 19+ years residing in the North West.
The contract is for 11 months commencing in September 2019.
