Training provider required to implement the Diversity in Leadership Programme.

The programme has been split in to 4 strands:

  • Unconscious Bias - one-day workshop designed with 6 workshops delivered across the country accessed by between 80 and 100 Leaders to ensure the embedding of a cultural change of non-bias
  • BAME Coaching - Aspiring Leaders - 20 BAME participants Coached from across the sector and country to equip and inspire them into senior and CEO roles during their career timeline and BAME Coaching in Governance - 10 BAME Governors Coached and supported via one to one coaching; with aspirations to become a future Chair of a Governing Board/Corporation within the FE Sector
  • Positive Action- FE Diversity Charter - Develop a Diversity Charter that is supported by the FE Sector with a strong appetite to create a Diversity Mark Scheme to reward all FE providers that support and celebrate diversity amongst their workforce and learners
  • Toolkit- Developing Resources for Diversity in Leadership - A user’s guide is developed for the FE Sector to understand sections 158 & 159 of the Equalities Act 2010 Develop an Effective Practice Guide with tools to be used in Performance Management when undertaking reviews of BAME and diverse staff

The contract will be awarded from 8th November 2019 to 31 March 2020.
