Three 3-day Residential Courses required for up to 20 Senior Doctors in Postgraduate Training each by 31st March 2020.

Setting up leadership workshops, assertiveness and managing difficult colleagues
Business management insight; how to write a business case
Responding to complaints, creating good governance systems both in departments and personal practice
‘Train the trainers’ element
Presentation skills sessions

Delivery in the UK at a venue of the suppliers choice.
