The company wishes to appoint a training provider to develop and deliver an Accredited Coaching Skills Programme as part of a Coaching Hub being explored and utilised as a joint resource. This will initially encompass a maximum of 20 senior managers.

The purpose of the Hub is to create a successful coaching programme and provide essential coaching training in all of the core coaching competencies thereby improving participating leader’s abilities to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals.
