There is a requirement to train up to 15 edge of care team members in:
The organisation also intend to train ‘resilience foster carers’ and supervising social workers in the same approach and we require the same training to be provided for up to 20 individuals.
The supplier will need to provide 3 months of post-training support including shadowing visits.
