Advanced Leadership Training - South East England

Government Department require delivery of an advanced leadership programme for Leaders or Directly Elected Mayors who have been in this position for less than 5 years.

Delivery of the following three modules:

• Personal resilience as a political leader
• Managing group dynamics
• The role of the local government leader on a regional or national platform

The dates for the three planned residential modules for 2019/20 are:

• Module 1 - 13th & 14th November 2019
• Module 2 - 12th & 13th December 2019
• Module 3 - 16th & 17th January 2020

Delivery in 2019-20. This contract may be extended for a further year at the discretion of the buyer up to 31 March 2021.
