A University is embarking on a tender process to appoint a provider to deliver its in-house Leadership programme. This tender will be split into two lots as follows:

Lot 1 – modular-based leadership development programme; guided contact hours: 4-day equivalent or approx. 28 hours
Lot 2 – coaching and 360 feedback for the leadership programme participants; four 90-min coaching sessions per participant

The service will be for a period of up to three years (with the option to extend for up to two periods of one year).
