A council in the East Midlands is seeking the provision of confident conversations training. The contract is for one year, with the potential to be extended by one or two years.
Approximately eight training sessions will be required per year but more sessions may be scheduled dependent on requirement. The learning events will be targeted at managers, at all levels, from across the organisation.
Topics will include assertiveness, managing emotions, responding to emotions, and coaching-style questioning.
