Deadline Extended: Training for Doctors and Dentists on Communication, Time Management, Organisation and Leadership skills - East Midlands

An organisation requires provider(s) who can provide medical trainees with the following workplace strategies :

• communication
• time management
• organisation
• leadership skills

Coaching should encourage self-reflective and self-directed learning for the trainees. Support should be delivered by a qualified coach with a minimum level 5 in coaching and mentoring or an equivalent qualification. The support should also be relevant to the needs of doctors and dentists in all levels of postgraduate training.

Initial Contact Period is 1 year (with the option to extend on an annual basis for a further 2 years)
