Partner sought for delivery of a Skills Academy as a one-stop shop for investors, contractors, local people and delivery partners. The successful applicant will take a multi-agency approach to delivery of employer-led skills and employment solutions and will be responsible for producing a Skills and Recruitment Plan for the site. This will require engaging across a wide range of industries and business sectors to articulate their skills and recruitment requirements.
